I discovered EDS last summer while searching for information about the Eminence Organics skin care line.
I think that it's a very informative and supportive place.
What about you? How did you discover this forum? |

I was looking for a website that also had a catalog it had the name spa in it. I never did find the site, but found EDS and decided to join.
I agree about all the wonderful support and information that is shared by the members here!  |

Ooooh, great poll!!! I found this site back in 2005 when I was searching desperately for DIY facewash. I suspected a topical sensitivity to sulfates, acids, and others (before it was popular to hate sulfates) and there wasn't anything available to me. Not that anyone asked, but this forum has gone a long way to making me look the way I want to look, and we all know what that does to our self-image. I'm so happy and grateful to have ended up here.
PS- To anyone that thinks I suffer from low self esteem or any other neurosis from the above comment, I like me, I just don't care for weeping sores, acne, and dehydration patches.  |

| I cannot recall exactly what site I was on (I had been surfing the web for hours looking for info on dermarollers so I had been on numerous sites this specific day) but I did find this forum through a link on another site. For some oddball reason, though, I do seem to think I found the link on a blog that was/is written by a woman named Sesame, although I could be mistaken. Either way, I sure am glad I did stumble upon this site because, man oh man, it sure does rock! |

| Some years ago (2004-2006?) I stumbled upon EDS when I was looking for a place to buy some brand, I can't recall which one, but the shop had link to the forum reviews and since that time I checked out the discussions on and off. I only became a member last year. |

I can't remember what I was googling specifically, but I joined here the same time I joined a few other skincare forums.
I'm mostly a DIYer and I was finally ready to talk to other people about DIYing instead of hiding it away in my lab. I know this place is more focused on commercial brands, but there's still plenty of lively discussion. |
