Hi Everyone, I was wondering, Does anyone have problem maintaining results of hard work in general?(life, skin, health, etc) for instance, I know I'm sensitive to salt, but once I've stayed strict for a while I take my figure for granted and start thinking"oh this won't hurt".and it takes several weeks to see the ill results...and then I'm motivated to drink h20, etc. same with facial programs(microcurrent etc)same I get good results or the results and the results are subtle and it's just not as excting to stay with the program. Also the same with my splits..I get comfortable that I can do them but they would look much better and I could do overplits more consistenly if I put the same amount of time as I did when I was first getting them
Soo...I don't want to go on and on(lol) but I just kinda wanted to know if it is a struggle with other people as well and also if there are any suggetstions(books, etc for this little problem
.Thanks |

i think this is the same for everyone. I get on a diet and start working out....then i see great results so start incorporating chips and junk food back in my diet and begin slacking off at the gym. It's a vicious cycle. Thats why losing weight and keeping it off is so damn hard |

Salt... that is an interesting one.
I have a problem with sticking to things for a matter of days, let alone until I see results.
Perhaps it is because humans are essentially designed to live quite random lives so adhering to a strict regime is not exactly in our nature. I suppose that is one of the reasons why no adult wants to go back to school. |

Exercise. I HATE exercise. Fortunately for my health I'm extremely vain. But I work really hard for a couple months, look fantastic, then stop everything and gradually turn back into "skinny fat". I don't know why I do this, it is an unbelievable amount of hard work when all I needed to keep up with was light maintenence exercise. I'm a true couch potato at heart. |
