Anyone take this French pine bark extract? It's benefits are a powerful antioxidant that also aids in fighting free radicals which prevent wrinkles and hyperpigmentation. In conjunction with a good vitamin C serum and sunscreen I would assume would be the best anti-aging secrets |

I took it for about 4 months but did not see/feel anything that could tell me it was working, not even energy increase.
I took MSM, Maca Root and biotin but started breaking out so I have stopped those until I figure it all out. |

I've been using this now for about 4 weeks. My naturopath prescribed it to me to help with my hormonal acne since its supposed to be a strong antioxidant. I can definitely feel the benefits of the antioxidant. I haven't gotten sick with a cold this winter when everyone around me is sick. And as for my acne, it helps rapidly accelerate the duration of my pimples. For example when before my pimples would stay for a few days, now I wake up with a zit, by the afternoon the zit is already a whitehead and is ready to be popped. I've also noticed my skin isn't as dry as it normally is |

I tried it years ago for some other condition I had which I don't even remember. I got the most horrific eczema from it! |

Salome B,
Do you have any idea as to why your skin reacted so negatively to these supplements? |
