What a coincidence, only this morning I was looking at a recipe and working out what kind of ingredients it would take.
I intend to order and try it out, somewhere next month. Basically the recipe I found is 15 gr tegomuls (palm glyceride), 6 gr emulsan (Methyl Glucose Sesquistearate) and 65 grams of oil for the fat phase. From this, take 10 grams and add 25 ml water base (which will give you one jar of cream). Add extras when lukewarm. Don't know how good this will though.
If it works (and why wouldn't it?) it seems to me to be very versatile and cost effective. |

DIY is always cost effective once you make the initial investment!
Your recipe sounds quite nice Lotusesther, please report back in once you have made it and given it a go. |
