Does anyone have any idea if LED red light therapy after dermarolling helps the affects of the dermarolling? Or hinders the affects? Or does nothing?
I was just curious since I do both but was wondering if I should do it right after dermarolling or wait a couple of days.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Hi Robi I have been wondering the same thing, perhaps there is a thread somewhere that will give us the answer. |

I just saw a device that is a combined LED and dermaroller.
I just did my first dermarolling treatment with a 1.0 mm. I don't have a lot of redness. Sarah Vaughter has revised the rolling directions and they do not include cross hatching or leaving the roller on the skin to reroll over the same area. Apparently the original rolling style was causing great redness and holes and this is not the ultimate result of this treatment.
I also use an ANSR beam so I am interested as well about how soon I can use my LED after rolling. |

Hello,
When I purchased my prolight IR/red, Rita prepared a routine for me. She suggested that I use the IR/red LED immediately after the dermaroll with short or long needles. It has been years since Rita advised me of this and I can't remember the reasoning. I seem to remember something about how the channels made from the derma roller provide better penetration for the LED which promotes collagen.
