This is going to be a question that gets a lot of different answers because it depends where a person is starting from and what their issues are. For example, I have written many times about my own case, which is that I started out in my 50's after losing a lot of weight and having severe sagging etc. So for me, it was all about removing the sagging and tightening up the skin (which I did).
I think both compliment each other - but I'm not sure I would choose one over the other. Neither really take very long to do. |

Good question.
I don’t do Facial Yoga, but do a face exercise program (FlexEffect) and trained in massage originally and have always incorporated acupressure into my regime simply because I find it so relaxing and calming. There are many many different points on the face and so its very easy to stimulate them. I would advise you or anyone else why not do both – rather than having to choose between them because they can honestly compliment each other.
For one in the system I learned – there are points for rebalancing the body, and organs, and helping it to relax and distress which is invaluable in these modern times.
There are some great short systems out there too that are great for reading and can be learned easily and deliver results. Happy to make suggestions if needed? |
