Recently inquired about the Viss Skin Rejuvenator. The website is VAGUE at best. It doesn't state clearly that you need the pre-treatment gel or eye protection, or whether these items are included with the IPL. After approximately 8 attempts to contact VISS (email and phone messages), I finally ordered both items, since the website states there is a 60 day money back warranty. These items were ordered on Dec 3rd as a Christmas present. On Dec 16, I received a most unusual call, supposedly from VISS asking me to confirm my email address as I provided the wrong email, and that he needed to send me confirmation of my order. The caller sounded like he was in an empty tunnell, with a heavy (non-English) accent. On Dec 21, when I hadn't received the confirmation or tracking of shipment, I again attempted to call. I received a call back (Dec 22) only after I left a message to CANCEL the order. I learned then that the item was shipped that day from Seoul, Korea not Canada. I can only hope that the horrendous customer information and service is no indication of the item's worth. I'll post when I know more. |
