Hi everyone! Could anyone who has tried the Nia24 Skin Strengthening Complex please share their thoughts about it? I saw some reviews here from a while back and I'm just wondering if there are any current users of this product. It contains Vitamin A but I'm hoping it's not enough to be a problem. I'm particularly wondering if it's a sufficient moisturizer on it's own and if anyone has had any benefits from it. I've read many good reviews online, but I also read some say it caused them breakouts etc. So I'm hoping someone can tell me what they think of it.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can share their experience with this product! |

I have the Nia24 skin strengthening complex right now. Although there are good reviews about it I found that it irritated my skin and I stopped using it. I have extremely sensitive skin so many products out there do cuase some irritation for me. Anyways, that being said I use it on my neck and I have to say it is wonderful as a neck cream. But, I wouldn't repurchase because of the price. |

Thank you leeleedeedee. That is concerning! It's frustrating that we never really can know if a product would be a good fit for us until we try it! |

I have used this on and off for... almost a year and I like it enough for Nia24 products to become a staple in my skincare. At the moment I am using the Intensive Recovery Complex as my skin is currently on the dry side.
As for the vitamin A, I have contacted them about this and they said that there is only a very small amount of Retinyl Palmitate in the product and that it wouldn't irritate sensitive skin.
The Niacin, however, has caused me a terrible red rash sometimes when I've started getting back into the creams after having a long time off. You need to let your skin get used to the niacin, ideally using it once every night or every other night for two weeks and then go for twice daily if you wish. |

I've been trying it for about 5 weeks on my decollette (and recently, spot treating a few blemishes). The vit A in it is near the end of the list, so it wouldn't be a large amount in the cream. The Niacin in it can cause flushing of the skin for some individuals and I believe that will go away for most with usage. My own skin was bright red after application, but it doesn't get that red any longer. The redness after applying the NIA24 was redder than normal, but then, the skin on my chest gets a little red to the touch anyway (poikiloderma of civatte)
It is a nice cream and seems to be helping my P of C a little bit. When I've spot treated some blemishes, they cleared up a little faster, too. I would say it is a nice moisturizer, but that is not what I'm using it for (don't suffer from dry skin). It's the niacin I'm after. |

Thank you so much AlcoholicArtist and foxe! Those were very helpful! I'm happy to hear there is little Vitamin A! Though nervous about an adverse reaction. I suppose I won't know for sure until I try! |
