Oh god! I take a lot of calcium! Does anyone know if this would apply to a 26 year old? I mean, I know my bone density is still building and stops around 30, so I'm thinking I should still take my calcium for now..I just hope it doesn't up my risk for heart disease by doing so! I'm already at higher risk for heart disease because my Mom died from heart disease at 53. But I'm also at risk for osteoporosis..
Thank you for posting this sandooch. |

I have never, ever taken a calcium supplement that was not at least half magnesium. I have always taken vitamin D3 from natural sources. I learned all of this (and more) in the mid '70s when I got Adelle Davis' books. My children never went to a doctor for sickness, and none of them ever had any cavities until they left home. |

I always take magnesium (and vitamin D) with my calcium as well. Vitamin D definitely helps prevent colds and such for me and my husband. |
