Matrixl 3000: useless
Synake: useless
Snap8: useless
Apple stem cells: useless, I think it's the mother of all cosmetic's lies!
Renovage: still sitting in the refrigerator for months, i am sure it's useless too...
I stopped with such fancy actives but now there are many more.... save your $ and spend it on proven actives, oils, and essential oils.... |

Yes, that before and after photo has me completely convinced. Although I'm a little worried that, given the example shown, the product will transform me into looking like a foetus and I'd be banned from pubs. |

One can hope no?
Provocative write up though. The sort of thing that makes enemies.
Or friends ...just depends on your bias I suppose.
The MagiKal Swiss apple Extractum bull youthum remains the rage and ...useless but for the glycerin. Quite a few others of the same ilk. More pumped out everyday, and the machine just keeps on churning.
*shhh*
Don't say you weren't warned though.
You know, the funny part? The serum by the same crew of the above writeup is good with or without the magical cytokines. They made it maybe that little bit more special, and they didn't really have to. |

And the sad thing is that so many people buy that stuff! |

Pretty pdf's...that's all it takes. Appeal to the fear of aging and toss in a picture of a gray haired 16 year old model..and people believe. Get a few well known celebrities paid to say nice things...and viola. Done. Sells like hot cakes.
But...say anything about it and get tired of the gong show? |

hi all,
i've been a long time reader here @ eds but am new to posting since i've been able to find & answer most of my own questions. so hello everyone!
since i'm a new poster i am not able to copy/paste the pic DRAGON posted w/caption "do you believe?"
anyhow........this pic is totally fake!! this pic is of 2 different women.
the gal on the right is a current pick of a well known model (josie moran, i think her name is spelled this way) and she is alive, well, gorgeous, still modeling & i think has a make-up or skin care line that is sold at target!
i have no clue who the woman on the left is but it is certainly not josie!
sorry y'all! |

Hi and welcome, wetnoseclub.
Don't worry, we were making fun of the advert (and being horrified by the fact that some people are scammed by falling for it). We realised that it a wasn't real before and after.
Interesting to know the name of the younger model, though. I bet she has no idea that her photo is being used this way! |

Well bummer.
Do you mean to say that this topical preparation will NOT refine the tip of my nose and make it look surgically altered like the model's???? |

This is absurd. Who in the world can actually believe you can go from looking 70 to 25 with a skin cream. |

And neither will the same skin cream take you from saggy boobs to perky, youthful breasts! DARN! |

picture is certainly an effective marketing attention-grabber, isn't it.
Really subliminal.
Technically, though, the words don't state it's the same person. One's a mum and the other is a she. Whoever the advertiser is couldn't be nailed for deceptive advertising practice. They could easily make claim 'you assumed it was the same person...'
If anything it makes for good comic relief. Thanks for the laugh. |
