Yes, I've run across that one before - it's an interesting site where you can view the various "insider" experiences on those laser machines that appear to work and those that don't.
Never saw much discussion of needling there.
No surprise.

True on the needling on the forum, but I see so many derms and PS offices offering it just in my county it is pretty common! |

Maybe it's regional. Around here (Northern VA) I can't find it anywhere.
Certain parts of the country are more focused on health and vitality.
Here,outside DC, the populace only seems to be focused on money and politics. 
If you hear of a practioner here, let me know. I believe you have connections here
