Hello friends,
I just got a perfect tea maker from Teavana and I tried to use it this morning but when I set the tea maker on the coaster and poured in the hot water, the water went everywhere! Is there a way to close the drainer so this doesn't happen? I read the instructions but it doesn't really say anything about that...
