I am so glad i found this site so I can share an amazing secret.
The secret to curing acne.
I was suffering with realy bad acne less than two years ago. It was so bad, and so embarassing, that I would wait untill my bf went to sleep to take off my make up,wake up before him to put on make up, and not allow him to look at me directly. He would always say, you´re acting weird. He had no idea I was trying to hide my pimply face. I decide to fix the problem.
I went to spa and got an oxigen cleaning which cost me 80€. When I was leaving, I started chatting with the girl that was cleaning and she recomended an antibacterial soap. After two weeks of searching I finaly decided to try one. SULPHUR SOAP!!! It really works. Costs about 2.5€ I was sooo desperate that for the first 3 days, after my bf would fall asleep, I would go in the steamy shower, exfoliate face, and apply a thick layer of this soap. My face was then dry, cracking, and got to peeling. It was horrible. Imagine trying to hide all that under make up. Blehhhh!! I then decide I needed a moistruzer. I started using the soap like I should have from the beggining. Morning and night, exfoliating only 2x weekly. And for moisture.....JOJOBA OIL. You guys I swear that one week later I started seeing results. I have been using these products eversince. I have since done tests to see how effective they are. I stop using it for a few days, and BOOOM I get pimples. Start using it and a few days later a good. In fact my skin is so healthy, I stopped wearing make up. I only put on mascara and everyonce in a whie blush. I love it. Jojoba oil is actually a liquid wax. But its structer is the most similar to our own sebum. When you use it, your skin gets tricked into thinking it has sufficient oil and does not overproduce sebum.
I strongly incourage anyone who is suffering to try it. Wash face morning and night with Sulfur soap, and while face is moist, massage jojoba oil. Pat dry and be ACNE FREE!!! |

Its fantastic that this has worked for you.
Sulfur is a great acne treatment but as you found it can quite harsh. I only use it as a spot treatment. Jojoba is very much a YMMV ingredient. It seems people either love or hate it. |

You can find sulfur products at the drugstore/health stores. |

Sulfur is a renowned acne treatment. I use a Tea Tree Mask with sulfur in it and it works absolute miracles. I stick to the French Routine - cleanse, tone, serum, moisturize, suncare, mask once or twice weekly, exfoliate once or twice weekly. Some people swear by this, like I do, and others say simple is better, but I don't see skincare as a chore - I see it as pampering myself, giving myself the care I truly deserve. Glad this works for you - that's exciting. |
