Or it's just me? I also notice that the part of my face with more muscles tend to sag more. Why is that?

yes, my left mid-lateral cheek area is heavier than the right and yes it has started to sag but the right one is v firm.. I guess it's the added weight causing the sag...
We are mere humans and not the perfectly symmetric mannequins! |

You have the same number of muscles in both sides of your face. Imbalances in strength and mass can occur if you tend to squint more on one side than the other, for example when driving. Which side you sleep on also affects the visual appearance of each side. We also have a dominant eye, just as we have a dominant hand, and this will affect how you use the surrounding muscles. |
