Amazon have derma rollers at very reasonable prices and different sized needles.  |

Many are ordering from OwnDoc because the quality, prices and international postage are very reasonable. Be sure to get recommendations for specific sellers on Amazon or eBay, most rollers are sold as single use so many will not stand up to being sterilised repeatedly

Length of needle depends on the area you intend to use the roller on and your goals. It's well worth trawling thorough, say, twenty pages at the start and twenty pages at the end of the main dermaroller thread because these questions are asked regularly.
