So there's a lot of discussion about the different systems .. anyway has anyone consistently used one program and got great results?
If so please vote and let us all know. |

Great poll idea. Unfortunately the word consistently knocks me out of the voting. Do I get credit if I just buy the programs. |

I did buy a few of the programs but never really got into them. I'm more of a gadget girl. Facial exercises can be a hotly discussed topic sometimes on here but I'm sure you will get some good feedback. |

Have your electric tools worked?
I tried FE for a while but stopped as found although some lines seemed to disappear that my face got a pinched, angular look to it which seemed a bit awkward-looking. But I never stuck to it so maybe that was my fault but I was worried my face would get muscular in weird places and stay looking pinched. I just want to maintain what I have, erase a few lines, not change the way I look but I am not into electric tools nor fillers.
I might start with CFF but saw 2 bad reviews on here versus 1 good one.
I want to restart and wondering where to start! |

This coming September will mark my 2 year anniversary using CFF. I really like this program! I do the exercises 5 nights a week and it takes about 15-20 minutes. |

I do like my Vaculifter but it is more blood circulation/massage. I don't think it did much for wrinkles (at least not for me). I think a lot of people here do Tanaka massage and seem to like it. When I used the Tua Trend my face always came out uneven. I know one side of my face is weaker then the other and I tried a bunch of different combination(using only one the weak side, using a lighter power setting on the strong etc) but I just never could get it right. So I don't use it anymore.
I do like the light stim and I think it does help with collagen but it takes awhile and long term dedication. It is not a quick fix so you have to be willing to stick with it. I sure others will chime in with information on facial exercises. I never stuck with any of them long enough to be of help. |

Many of us experienced facial exercise folks use a blend of programs. It's difficult to choose one over others - for me anyway. I wouldn't want to sell any of the great programs short on what they are able to do. What one person thinks is the 'best' may not correspond to what you need. A big part of the decision is how much time you have and what your goals are. The most important thing is that when you find a program that works is being consistent. |

My favorite isn't on here...The Safetox!
Though I also own FE, Ageless, and Eva Frazier's book. |

Bethany, would you buy Safetox again and if so why? I have always wondered about Safetox and I love a gadget. |

I would absolutely buy it again...even at double the price. Pop over to the Safetox thread, and I will be glad to answer any questions for you.
Here is a summary of my Safetox results from 2010....I just wish I had kept using it!

I just realized that I have been doing the 3 Point treatment for about 7 weeks now, so figured I would give an update on everything...
Marionette Lines - This is the best my MLs have looked in YEARS (including after I had filler injected!) There is still a little ways to go, but the improvement is VERY significant. So significant that I am contemplating buying a 2nd unit just in case something happens to my current one, and so that I can also keep one in my office and ensure that I use it 2x day. I love this thing!!!
Forehead wrinkles - The 3 major wrinkles I have across my forehead (1 for each of my major employers in my career ) are diminished maybe 60%. That's a guesstimate since I can't measure line depth, but I definitely feel like they are far less obvious than before. Shockingly, I may actually continue with no botox...they really do look that much better. But are they "gone" like with Botox? Nope. But does my forehead move like a normal person? Yep.
Glabella (11's) - This is the area where I have seen the least improvement, though they are still softened by maybe 25%. I suspect the lack is progress is because these are more due to me sleeping on my side. I may have to try the Breath Right strips to see if that helps.
Misc - I am also seeing my cheeks indenting a bit, and it certainly isn't because of any weight loss (darn it). Speaking of that, I am finally back on thyroid meds, and I am hoping that the Safetox usage may help me ward off any sagging should I eventually win the battle and lose the weight. |

Ok I've done a few programs, but can't really label a favourite. I think my own face needs different things at different times, and so I like the fact that I've got programs to choose from. Besides, any program out there goes through updates. I mean do we really believe that they still do the program exactly as outlined - if so then how is it that they develop newer methods etc - its all done through experimentation in my mind and so that in itself is proof enough. I do think its good to start out with one program and use that for a while, but I wouldn't say it should be followed in stone. |

Being an Ageless user, I'm curious to know which 2-3 Ageless exercises you are doing that you feel work the best for you. |

sandooch, seeing your blog and your wonderful and amazing progress (you are beautiful to begin with) you are doing something incredible already! It is also obvious from your daughters graduation pictures what you do is working and you have awesome genes! Your mom looks a good 20+ years younger that her age! |

Hi bethany,
I was looking at Safetox, but was scared to give it a try after reading all these complains from members who could never overcome the initial painful shock.
Was it hard for you to adjust to it or you just didn't feel any discomfort from the beginning?
Also, i though this device targets only upper part of the face. How can it help to improve marionette lines?
Thanks.
I voted for Eva. For me it's the best combination of clearly described (and demonstrated) exercises and very realistic time spending. I tried Carole Maggio, but i failed to make it work for me. Her No Lipo Lipo program is the best though. |

DarkMoon, okay, whose name do I make your check out to? I just love ya; you're so sweet.
I was just wondering what summer's 2-3 favorite exercises are, so that I could see if they are the ones I enjoy the most, too. |

Exercise 3-4 mainly; sometimes 1-2 as well.
I understand that Ageless is not a resistance exercise program but think it is good for toning. |

Ageless not a resistance program? Huh - who told you that. It most definitely is a resistance program.

Hi T.M.,
It is just my opinion! I may be wrong, though! |

Hi Summer
You definitely are wrong, as in the Ageless book Loulou explains that its a resistance program, and if you look at the exercises, your gripping and then moving the muscle much in the same way you would with a body resistance exercise - so its very much a resistance program. I suddenly thought someone had said somewhere it wasn't resistance and was like of course it is.

I also feel it's a resistance program and so do the muscles in my face when I'm done. |

Safetox impacts way more than just the upper face. You can click on each on the wrinkle types below and it will tell you how Safetox corrects the issue.

As far as the "painful shock" goes, I started out with the lowest level and worked up...it is very addictive! Anyone that is ultra sensitive should start out with old batteries, and will quickly acclimate. |

I agree with SisterSweets. It would be very informative to have a category for "Mix n' Match" for those who don't have a favorite program but either rotate or simply combine exercises from several programs, rather than focusing on a single program. Can this poll be edited to add that? |
