Are you not getting enough sleep, poor lymphatic drainage or are they fat pads?

CS23 if you're getting enough sleep, drinking enough water and not just oodles before bed, not consuming too much salt, eating healthily and avoiding junk food... Basically doing everything right, then face exercises may help.

Margarita had hereditary bags which were smoothed out by face exercises so she looks less tired now: http://www.carolynsfacialfitness.com/margarita

Marilyn's eyes were a bit puffy and made her look tired but were smoothed out by face exercises: http://www.carolynsfacialfitness.com/marilyn

Maria too looks less tired after 3 months of face exercises: http://www.carolynsfacialfitness.com/maria

I too was able to smooth out puffiness under my eyes which made me look tired with face exercises: http://www.carolynsfacialfitness.com/nonie-eyes

Avoid alcohol as it dilates the blood vessels around the eyes, sleep on back with head elevated on pillow. Drink plenty of water, avoid excess salt, get plenty of rest. What topical products have you tried? What is your skin care regimen?

Ditto the reducing salt in your diet and drinking enough water Smile
