I've finally amassed my anti-aging arsenal, but I don't know which order is best. I'm using the .25 dermaroller, the Lightstim, and copper peptides.
Should I roll, apply the peptides, then use the Lightstim, or...?
Thanks to all of you for the wise discussions, I've learned a lot in my lurking these past months. |

Everyone has a somewhat different protocol, so your best bet is searching the forum, doing research, and choosing what you think is best. Some people do not apply anything anti-inflammatory and some do. Some people say lights are ok after rolling and some say they are not. Keep researching. But really a .25mm roll is for product penetration not collagen induction. |

Hello,
I am using alot of the same products/treatments as you. Here is how I choose to use everything:
Morning:
Lightstim 3X per week
Either C or B3 serum
moisturizer
sunscreen
Everning:
use .20 roller for product penetration (3-4x per week)
CPs (GHK)
A,C,E serum
Hope that helps, |
