Hi people, can i know if i still need a toner when my product contain witch hazel as one of its ingredients? For eg. B.liv Off With Those Heads? Thanks!  |

Whether you use a toner is mainly personal preference.
Some people use toners to balance the pH after cleansing and remove whatever residue that the cleanser didn't remove.
The fact that your moisturizer contains witch hazel doesn't mean that it's a toner. |
