^ I do yoga.... doesn't do that much for my butt though! I think squats, stairmaster, pilates in combination with yoga would give you a nice butt. But who has the time to devote tons of time to excersize per day |

Thats what stops me, would I devote time to doing it? doubtful! I did squats and stairmaster ect for ages and had an OK hinny, never a lifted fantastic one . So its either a program or a stiff drink and a resolution to live with my hinny sliding down the back of my legs!! |

Hi Tiny!
I own it, use it, and like some of the workouts and moves a lot. It definitely has helped to better shape my rear. Off the top of my head, there are 3 DVDs with a few workouts:
* 1 intro to show some of the moves (20 min)
* 1 quick workout when you are tight on time (10 min)
* 1 ab workout (20 min)
* 1 total body sculpting workout (50 min)
* 1 resistance/sculpting workout (35 min)
* 1 cardio workout (30 min)
* 1 workout that is a combination of cardio and sculpting (35 min)
My favorite is the sculpting workout ("High and Tight"), which is where I think he excels the most, though the combo sculpting/cardio workout is very good, too. The cardio is not very impressive in my opinion; I use it on my light-to-moderate cardio days, but I tend to like more intense cardio, for reference. The total body sculpting workout is somewhat standard, imo.
The instructor is pretty good, and the video alternates between footage in a well-lit gym and on the beech somewhere.
Definitely worth the purchase for me, I especially like some of the angles/moves. My butt does look better. Some of the before and after photos of butts on the beachbody website are quite impressive, imo. But on the other hand, some of the workouts I rarely use or aren't as appealing to me personally. So I think the 4.5 stars-type ratings are accurate.
Let me know what sorts of things you are wondering, and I'd be happy to let you know what I think. |

I typically use 2 workouts from it a week (and do other workouts on other days). I've owned it for over a year, but didn't start using it regularly until maybe something like 3-4 months ago...I can't remember when exactly I started. |

Tiny - here's what I recommend that is even better (cross my heart!) Look up Amanda Russell on you tube. She has excellent exercises which you can complete in very short segments- for every body part plus some very quick and super effective cardio workouts.
My new favorite thing is called Tabata training - Quick, effective, outstanding results. Honestly this works better for me (and it's free!) than Brazilian but yes it's really good too. |

What do you like so much about Amanda's workouts, Sister Sweets? I'm always looking for new things.
Tiny,
For Tabata workouts, Amy Dixon has 2 DVDs on Amazon under the title Breathless Body. They are both great. |

My observations of those I've seen ~ Amanda's routines are effective and efficient; presented well - clean, easy-to-follow and able to be done in a timely manner. Quick (easy to fit in from a time standpoint) and most importantly results oriented. She knows her stuff and isn't flashy about it. |
