Hello,
It has been more than 3 weeks since I ordered a dermastamp from Sarah Vaughter owndoc.com website.
I emailed her a week and a half ago and she said that Europe shipping to the States should take around 2 weeks, plus she did not give me a tracking number. According to her site some products do not get tracking numbers.
Can someone please explain this? Should I give up on the device or request a new free order?

Hi morocha, I received an order from owndoc this month and it took a little over 3 weeks to get here. I didn't get a tracking number either. Maybe just give it a few more days. |
