Hi,
I have been recently breaking out with some nasty spots on my face, due to applying sunscreen every two hours.
I currently use Nivea Sun SPF 50 it was fairly cheap at the time for 200ml, with very good reviews regarding overall protection. It was around about £6.00 a bottle.
What sunscreen/block could I use every two hours without it giving me spots, that's relatively cheap with very good protection? |

If you switched to a physical sunscreen, then reapplication wouldn't be imperative as long as it isn't affected by sweating or by being rubbed off.
I'm using burnout at the moment and would recommend that. |

It would be rather good for you if you go for Natural sunscreens like Green Tea or Aloe Vera which acts as good sunscreen and also is very effective for sunburn.
Regarding spots I would recommend Tamanu Oil as it is the latest wonder oil to clear out all the scars and marks in your face. |

Best is to buy a higher SPF of Nivea and ensure that you apply at least half hour before going out.
