I came across this supplement online and read that it helps to even skin tone and lighten melasma and age spots. I was curious if anyone here has heard of it or tried it and if you noticed this skin lightening effect.

I will if I decide to get it in the future. I'm taking a lot of things right now as it is. Laughing

I have never heard of any supplement that you can take orally to even skin tone.... There are so many reviews and news and really I am confused.... Before you take anything orally, try to get something that you can put on your skin.... Too much of a "good" thing taken "orally" is not good unless you have proven scientific facts... EDS has a lot of special creams to even out skin tones, and one of these type of cream is Obagi product system. I've tried this product and I can honestly say that it works, but you must follow instruction on how to use it... And I have never looked back regarding my decision on spending this (worth the money) and preventive measures to look young as much as possible. So often, gets compliment on how my skin looks. But I do spend the money for it for preventive measures and take care of myself very well.... I hope my 2 cents thoughts will help you.... Good luck! Smile
