Firstly, hello everyone! Ive been a lurker here for ages (couldnt find my user name) so have rejoined. And Ive just bought the Ageless If You Dare ebook (thank you everyone) but before I launch into it I wondered if any of you lovely ladies (or gentlemen) could help. Im 47 & my jawline is starting to sag. No marionette lines & corners of my mouth okish.
I also have (hereditary) hollow eyes, no bags but they are very deep set. I had filler with the wonderful Dr Raman Malhotra (London) which has worn off but hes busy & Im going away & I wanted to see if I could help them with exercises. I currently have no botox. |

Londonista as I told someone before who asked for the "best facial exercise program for fixing a particular problem", there's no wrong or right answer. But everyone will give you a different answer based on their own experiences.
You bought Ageless because you must've liked something about it. So why not give it a chance and keep in touch with the instructors of the program in order to reap the best from it? I think we end up creating problems when we have our feet planted all over the place. Every program out there exists because it works to some extent. Every program has clients because they have found it beneficial enough to stick with the particular program.
I think you should think holistically and consider the fact that there was a time you didn't have the sag you see now. Back then, all the muscles of your face had better tone and it was that balance that gave your face a lifted and less aging look. So instead of trying to fix particular areas when the muscles in those areas are attached to others in other areas, aim to tone your whole face and you will find the muscles will respond and lift those related to them in ways that will improve your whole appearance.
Do not let all the talk about different programs distract you from the one you embarked on. Give that program a chance and keep in touch with Loulou who made it...and you may find it is all you need. |
