| Hi All, I had asked my doctor where I get my botox about a percription for Retin-A for my sun spots on my chest. The spots are not really dark, but enough to bother me. He gave me a script for Atralin gel 0.05%. Do you think I should be mixing Obagi Blender with this gel. I see on this forum that a lot of you use blender with your Retin-A. Not to familar with blender. I do not use any Obagi products, just from what I learn on this site. Thanks |

| I'm on the same dilemma myself. Have you tried combining Atralin Gel with Obagi Blender? I've read before that you aren't supposed to combine blender with a gel type of retinoid but I just never really saw an explanation as to why you couldn't.. Let me know if it worked for you and how many minutes interval did you use the 2. Trying to get rid of hyperpigmentation problems as well. |

| There is no reason I can think of why you cant mix the 2. However because atralin is a gel it might not mix well. |

| Thanks for the response! So what do you think I should apply first at night? Obagi Blender? or Atralin Gel? How many minutes interval between each products? Now that I think about it, I think I also needed to use Obagi Clear right before the Blender with tret at night also.. :-/ |

| The blender is meant to be mixed with tretinoin and applied together. |

| yeah, but I'm using a gel now instead of the tretinoin cream version and I don't want to negate the effects by mixing the blender with a gel type of tret. Tried applying hydroquinone first last night then after 2 hours, the Atralin right before sleeping. No bad reaction so far. |
