Hi everyone.
I am a green hand in this forum.Recently I am vastly interested in products of Obagi,especially its MD and Nu-derm. But I know that there are many fake Obagi products.Is there a 100% quality guarantee for Obagi in Essential Day Spa?

Hi Zhenzhen  I can assure you (honestly) that Essential Day Spa sells genuine Obagi products. I've been buying from this website for years, including Obagi products.
"Freshness" of the Obagi products is also guaranteed as this is one of the most popular products here too that people buy and if you search on this forum, there is a lot of discussion regarding Obagi products.

| how can we tell between genuin and fake obagi? I used to buy obagi in EDS but last time I purchased it from other place from online. the price is really good comparing to EDS at that time. After that I have a lot of trouble on my face.??? how can I distinguish fake obagi? |

Hello azumma Did you have a problem using Obagi products last time you bought at EDS?
Well, been buying Obagi products from EDS for a very long time and I can assure you that the Obagi products here at EDS are genuine. Even if the price is cheaper than EDS, I won't buy elsewhere at all because I am scared of fake products. In addition, I am also concern about credit card fraud and since I buy here at EDS, no problem at all plus customer service is EXCELLENT!

No, I didn't have problem with EDS but I found it more cheaper site so I purchased it from their website.
But whenI am using the obagi nuderm from their website, I got three brown spots from scratches since it was so itch once I appllied obagi at night and day.
the skin got peeled off and then later it became brown around my eyes. I look so ugly. But I keep using obagi until now. Obagi should lighten up my brown spot but it doens't do that.
That is why I am assuming the products I bought from other website might be fake????? I don't konw. just assumption.. |

Probably the product is fake.... for it to lighten up, will take longer than 3 months too, there is no immediate results...

Actually EDS offers a competitive price.The same Obagi product sold in Sephora or Skinstore is usually higher than in EDS. These two are globally the biggest online shopping stores of qualified skin care procducts.
If a good is very cheaper than the average market price,it is very likely to be fake.

Hi azumma If you continue to use "original" Obagi products, you will get results, but it will take some time, not overnight...
