Of course, most of know that we shouldn't go to bed with makeup on. However, being humans, we do slip up sometimes.
I recently learned just how important it is to do this.
This week, I had been neglecting to remove my eye makeup because I've been extremely tired. Today, I noticed minor swelling underneath one of my eyes. I don't believe that it's a random coincidence, and I'm not sure when it will subside. |

It's probably just some irritation.
Let us know if you notice it subsiding any. |

Yes, cleansing my face before bedtime is very important for sure... This is the only time that the body (or skin) regenerates, so most of my "take-care of me" routine is at this time before going to bed.
If I don't remove my make-up before bedtime, I look "terrible" in the morning! Usually with some pimple bumps or something. And I don't want that! Good skin care routine takes a lot of time but it is worth it
