I'm planning a 12.5% and have never done a peel myself. I've had a few 20(?)% salicylic acid ones in the past and they weren't too bad, but I know this is a lot stronger.
I've been on retinoids for 8 or 9 years and read that I should stop a couple of weeks ahead. Anything else I should be doing? |
