Has anyone dealt with Pratima Skincare's customer service? I ordered something a month ago. When it hadn't arrived after three weeks, I checked my credit card bill and saw I had been charged and then tried to call them. No one ever answers the phone, but I left messages several times. When my calls were not returned, I wrote an email and called their spa in NYC to leave my message with a live person who said she would refer it to the customer service department.
I have heard nothing via phone or email and I am not sure what to do next.
I thought I would check here and see if anyone had any experience with them. |

Ive always received my orders quickly but yes! Customer Service is lacking there! No one seems to communicate - I had questions about obtaining samples and was told "Oh yes! we will be sending them!" Upon followup, no one knew anything about it. Later, they started including samples if you asked via email and referenced your order # but the complete lack of care seems apparent. They dont seem to want to do an online business! |
