Yesterday around 430 pm I got hit in the face with a softball and had a bloody nose and after a while realized that my lip swelled up too, to my surprise, really bad. It looks like I have a bad case of botox where they left out half my lip. I iced it for two hours and put a tea bag on it (internet source) and even put a hot rag on it for 10 minutes but nothing seemed to work, so I figured it'd be gone down by today. Now, I'm missing school because my lip is that bad that it's embarrassing. I've been icing it all morning and there are still no changes what so ever, what should I do?! When will this go down?! |

I would ice it for 20 minutes at a time, off and on all day. I'm not liking the idea of using heat. It will go down, but might take a few days. Hang in there! It's not permanent! |
