I have redness around my nose area. the rest of my face is normal. i am not sure what how to fix this issue. It sometimes causes itchiness on both to the left and right of the nose but i try not to itch.
I have used moisturizers including goldbond redness relief and aveeno but the condition remains!! I have not used any other product to see if it would heal and it still is there.
PLease Help!! thank you

Do you happen to use mineral makeup?
I couldn't see the picture on my ipad, but had the same described symptoms because I was allergic to the bismuth oxide in my mineral makeup. Sometimes my skin would also get irritated in the same area from either salicylic acid or Retin A, and I had to stop using acids all together. |

It looks like rosacea to me. I have similarly placed rosacea, and my skin always feels itchy under my eyes and around me nose, too. But I also have allergies, which exacerbate it.
But, it's nothing a light concealer can't touch up!

you may need to change your facial cleaner and toner.
First, thoroughly clean your pore.
then use appropriate toner to minimize pore. |

Have you tried switching to mild organic facial skincare? And taking some probiotic and enzyme supplements will help. I would definitely recommend turmeric capsules or turmeric tea, also. |
