What are the best natural sources of bioavailable vitamins A and C that can be applied topically? Retinol irritates my skin too much, and I'd rather use natural methods.
Beyond rosehip oil, I really don't know any. How are other seed oils: blueberry, acai, blackberry... on that front?
Am I right in thinking that Red Palm Oil with its carotenoids can help topically? Or does it not convert to vitamin A unless it's taken internally?
Thank you very much, guys! Truly a great forum for skincare! |
