I would like to post first that it is rare for large companies to send samples and offer free gifts with orders. So I am surprised about the whining about lack of samples, free gift etc.
When I do place an order; I want the product to be as advertised. No leaking/broken bottles, old product (mascara dried up), and all items shipped. I can deal with slow shipping. (I don't like it but I understand how slow Canadian shipping can be.)
Imagine my *amazement* when I email E-Beauty.ca and tell I received old, dried up, can't use mascara and their automated response. I posted on makeup alley as a warning.
I just wanted credit on my next order. This is a NYX mascara that I paid $7.20 cdn.
I decided after many emails; that I will not purchase from them. This was a minor problem; but can you imagine if I had a more serious issue?

Just something to think about. If you need to return something (their error); you will have a battle at E-Beauty.ca. This is a Rogers company. |
