I've read many informative posts going back some years from great users like PhotoQueen, Keliu and Fawnie. Like the bags of kit gathering dust because I've got so much stuff I've reached information overload and am hoping for some advice. I want to start a programme. Today. Well, yesterday actually...
I own (but have never used consistently) the following devices/programmes...
- Talika light 590 (can this little gem really work?!)
- Tua Viso (what a pfaff - I'm going to sell this)
- NuFace (easy enough to do quickly, messy. can a once a week treatment help?)
- Slendertone face (just bought it, like it and PQ's review has spurred me on to use consistently)
- Faceworks programme (6 months of a 1 yr sub left)
- Ageless if you dare programme (bought in 2010)
- Tanaka face massage (via youtube)
I started yesterday with my new Slendertone Face. Spurred on by PQ's excellent reviews in 2009, this will form the basis of my routine.
I'd like to incorporate a facial exercise programme and massage too, to take me up to 30 mins per day. Is this too much? What about adding in my Nuface once a week and my Talika light once a week, on the days I don't do STF?
Salon treatments I've used are radio frequency but with so many springing up these days I'm worried about doing more harm than good - my face does look a little, erm, melted and droopy these days and wonder if it's RF?
Please help me formulate a programme
Are there any threads you can point me to?
Thanks! |
