What works best to lift the lower facial area?
Suggestions for what facial massages or exercises you all would recommend, and where can I find them?
please help if you can! |

I don't think its one or the other, but probably the combination of both that helps the lower face, and it also depends on the person. For me, and I'm probably older than you I'm guessing, I'm in my 60's and my face looks terribly if I don't massage and exercise it. |

Which ones do you suggest. There is just too much information out there. I do use my Tua Trend each night, which I believe is a good facial toner, and Microcurrant. So, I'm really more interested in good Facial Massage techniques. It makes sense, if done everyday, that it could prevent too much drooping. |

JenS I don't think I would consider Tua Trend as facial exercises, as its more of an stimulation device that tones. I used to have a tua viso, and that was a nightmare for me, and I found it frustrating.
It really depends where you are starting from. How old are you?
Some people love the Tanaka massage, and I must admit that’s free and there’s an English video about it you can watch on youtube, and there’s even thread about it on EDS. Just do the Tanaka though – not the bone one. That one ruined my face and it took ages to get it back to its former state.
