When making your own DMAE cream do you just use the supplement? Open a capsule and put it in your favorite cream? Does the powder really dissolve and get into the skin?
I was going to use liquid but they contain PABA.
I can't get the powder to dissolve in water so in cream wouldn't it just sit on the skin surface?
Any help from those who do this would be welcomed.
