I am looking for a good ionic/tourmaline hair dryer that is also very quiet. Coz I don't want to damage my hearing....
Any recommendations?

I'd say Braun Satin Hair Series 7, got one last year and it's great, I get nicer looking hair with the dryer than when I let it air dry. Shine and less frizz/static. IMO it's way better than what all my hairdressers have and their's ain't half bad to begin with. Since I'm always on the run I do the bad thing - dry my hair on highest setting, but so far no noticeable damage and I use that thing 5-6 times a week. The ion stream really does make a noticeable difference, without ions hair does get dry (that thing has lots of power), but it's not as shiny and polished.
Not sure on the noise, I don't notice that, so it's not hurricane level, but I wouldn't say it's super-silent either. Depends on the settings as well.

Hello,
If you want one that will dry your hair in as short a time as possible while causing the least amount of damage to your hair, then I think Elchim 2001 is a very popular choice for you.
Thanks... |
