Has your face gone "back to normal" or did you notice permanent positive results from it?(or did your face end up looking worse when u stopped)

I'm wondering from what, in the skincare world, one could glean permanent positive results.

| I stopped and my skin went back to normal. I must say that there were no significant effect from using Light Therapy in a first place. |

| Mine regressed a bit, I have a smile line that looks a bit shadowy so I know it's coming back when I got rid of it. It certainly doesn't look worse though. But nothing is permanent- every potion and tool we use just delays progression, doesn't stop it. |
