It's meant to do amazing things: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16120154

If so, what brand did you use and did you see results?

I am using the Smoky Mountains Naturals brand and I have only been using it for a week and I've been using it along with their estrogen cream. However, and this may be a placebo affect for me, but I have seen some big changes in the course of 1 week. I have two laugh lines that have already softened quite a lot and bags under my eyes that appear to have diminished a bit. I should also state that I used to be a side sleeper and now have been sleeping on my back which may also be helping.

I have been thinking of switching my progesterone cream to the Source Naturals brand because they have one that comes in a 4 oz tube (less messy and more airtight than a jar). Has anyone out there used this cream?

I use both at the same time. However, I'm thinking of just using the progesterone cream.

That's amazing news Bullet! Just wondering where in teh world you're based (to see if I can get that cream - I'm in UK).

Also, before using Estrogen cream, I'd recommend getting your hormones checked. Most women have an imbalance of est and prog (usually too much est) and topical prog actually helps them get more in balance Smile
