This anti-ageing serum is made from barley shoots grown in 2,000 year-old pumice in Iceland.
Has anyone tried it?
Is it more *natural* than the Medik8 EGF?
The article is in today's Evening Standard - 'Out of the Ashes'

I got a 3ml sample and I've been using it for about a week now. I apply a drop on my forehead wrinkles and nasolabial folds/marionette lines as these are my biggest concerns right now because it'd be impossible with this amount to apply it all over the face unfortunately. The texture is like a light oil, it takes some time to get absorbed. I haven't noticed anything yet, but it's too early and I will run out before results supposedly start appearing. At least it didn't break me out which is a problem I have with most oil products. I'd like to try the actual size because of all the good things said in the press, but it's ridiculously expensive: 15ml for 125 pounds! Sad

demi - thank you.
Where did you get your sample, and how much did it cost?

You're welcome Holmes!

I bought the sample size from ebay, there's a seller that has many auctions for 3ml samples for 6.50 pounds each (excluding shipping). Just do a search for 'bioeffect serum' and you'll find them. Occasionally, full size bottles do pop up but they usually sell for near the retail price by the end of the auction...
