Evening ladies,
I am so happy I found these boards they are soooo helpful!
But I digress. I have issues with pretty major splotchiness on my face caused by sun damage, it is just a mass of some brown, some RED (mainly on lower face with red) and my normal skin color in a few places but man would I LOVE to improve or get rid of it!!!!
With summer here it's been hard not to tan in the normal areas but it is soooo uneven! And yes I tan even when I wear sunblock which is every single day.
Although we are all lighter skinned under the eyes (myself included), there is also a slight lighter colored scar (from that lovely sun damage!) that will not tan all the way through but only around the edges, so it is very noticeable if I get any color.
Right now I am not really actively using any products, I wash day and night with Cetaphil NEVER soap, lol! I use cold cream to remove my makeup as it's cheap but really does a great job and use an occasional undereye moisturizer mornings but not every morning, only when my lines look especially "crinkled" in that area.
Any ideas? I do own the Obagi full Nu Derm line but the entire line is way too harsh on my skin. My thought is to only use the clear for a month or so? And only where it is really red/brownish, not the other lighter areas (that more closely match my neck. Does anyone else have this issue and what do you use for it??? thanks!! |
