I'm going to be 50 and have very combination skin....very dry cheeks and oily t-zone. My forehead gets oily after washing in about 2 hours. Does anyone know of a good skin mattifier/oil absorber that will absorb excess facial oil?
I used to use blotting papers, but when you use sunscreen daily they take the sunscreen right off and then you have to find the time and place to reapply (I'm a teacher so I just can't get u[ and reapply when I need to!). |

try to kill oil with oil, seriously... find a good oil for your skin and use 100% pure oil for a week or so at least... Argan oil suits almost all skin types...
the more u blot n remove oil, the more oil your body is going to produce to replace it... imo
i am not suggesting oil cleansing method, i have not tried it...but using pure oil as a moisturizer... |

Thanks! I have argan, maracuja , jojoba, and avocado oils that I can try. I do use the OCM at times...using DHC cleansing oil...great for taking off water resistant sunscreen. |

I tend to agree with daler. Have you ever tried an oil cleanse over the course of a week?
It's based off the premise that like dissolves like. By using the right blend of natural oils (I use equal parts extra virgin olive oil with pure castor oil).
Try this for a week and I bet you'll notice the difference. |

I had a very oily skin a few months back. I thought it may be due to the change in hormones or so. But, gradually it made me feel frustrated as the skin got oily even if I washed it several times. Then I used MIDO, cotton towelette tissues which proved effective for me. They not only removed the oils, but even helped nourish the skin and healthy cells of the skin. I really find it working even today, as it has reduced the oiliness and also given me a beautiful and glowing skin. |
