to get bit of a sting. My skin is pretty resistant to most things, some of the high glycolic acid do nothing, which i suspect is due to a high ph level, anyone know of a moisturiser that i can leave on with a slightly lowish ph. I just purchased dianne yvonne fruit acid 15% but have realised its a peel which you wash off...Im looking for something that maybe I could leave on overnight. thx |

Have you tried MD Forte? Their glycolic lotions are good - these are liquid, not creamy. The glycolic creams don't work for me. |

Zizi....yes! Try Alpha Hydrox at 8% or 10%. Low PH and does the job and is not expensive. |

I'm no expert but I'm going to throw out there that it might be impossible to get a cream with that pH, simply because of the ingredients necessary to make a cream don't support a pH that low. Again, I don't know for sure, but based on what I do know that's my conjecture.
Also, not really sure what good leaving it on your face all night is, as the pH comes to neutral with your skin after about 20 minutes. That's my understanding, anyway.
Why don't you not washing off the peel after 20 minutes, and instead put some moisturizer or emu oil on? Possibly get the same effect. |
