Clarisonic Mia vibrates and won't charge....

I just got a Clarisonic Mia yesterday.

It worked fine yesterday during a quick test.

I let it charge for the past 24 hours.

Now it's on the charger, but vibrates all the time and has a quick flashing blue-ish light.

Yesterday when it was charging it had a steady fade-in fade-out white glowing light. The light is different now.

It will not turn on at all now.

I CAN'T TAKE IT BACK TO THE STORE TO TEST.

I ordered it online and really don't want to have to pay return shipping and stocking fees.

Is there anything I can try to get it working on my own right now? Anyone had this problem?

Hi,

This just happened to me tonight with my Mia2 and then I remembered reading your post.

I noticed that the middle of the brush head was uneven so I removed, then replaced the head. I had to do it twice which re-seated the head properly. I was able to turn on the unit and use it.

Upon plugging it in again, the charge light did the slow blink.

I'm not sure if this is the same issue that you're having, but I hope your Mia works!
