When using skin lightening products such as hydroquinone, is it better to apply it all over the face or just apply it on the affected areas? |

Unless you have a small, isolated area of Hyperpigmentation,it's better to apply it all over the face. |

I do have some melasma over my lip, but I also have some scattered sunspots...it amazes me that with all the sunblock I use that I still got them. Thanks! |
