I have an oval/long face shape,
i47(dot)tinypic(dot)com/2hhg6d1.jpg
as shown, sorry about the black bits and rubbish lighting, however i am 14 and probably shouldnt be posting my face out for display, anyway you only need to see my general faceshape.
Anyways, does anyone know how to make my face wider and or shorter through facial massages or exercizes or something? Thank you. |

| I don’t think you can make it shorter or wider per say, but you can build up the muscles to change how the face looks, making it fill our in places and perhaps slender down in other places (like jawline maybe) but a large part of that depends on your bone structure. If you are only 14, I wouldn’t worry yet, you are going through hormonal changes that will change your face too. |

| just like TheresaMary said, you are only 14 and u ll be going thru lots of changes in the next few years.. i would say just keep a healthy life style by eating right, exercise n of course no smoking! cigarettes are nono if you want to beautiful fr a long time... |

How did your face get wider? That device is only meant to work the neck?

I suppose it was increasing the muscles in my face. I discontinued using it for awhile because of this. I would suggest trying the device to see how it works for you. It only took a couple of weeks of use for this to happen. I now only use the device sporadically because I don't want my face to be wider. |

Oh I see. I have done facial exercises 10 plus years now, and I'm wondering whether you were activating those muscles perhaps when you used the device? As it sounds like you had a bit of overbuild going on there?
