I have extremely sensitive skin and can't even use Mexoryl (haven't tried Tinsorb yet). Of course I look like a kubuki artist after covering up in ZO sunscreen. Is there any way to hide this? Also, can I safely mix some non bismuth bare minerals into the sunscreen to make it skin colored?

I also use nude colored Kabana Skin Care's Green Screen. It has color in it, but it's still a little too light for my complexion.

Thanks!

You could try a tinted zinc sunscreen. Marie Veronique face screen is nice with no white cast, but its pricey at $40 for 2 oz. A cheaper alternative is Devita Moisture tints, which is better than some of the other Devita sunscreen, even though its only SPF 15.

I've of some people mixing iron oxides in it to add color. Not sure about the bare minerals though. Give it a try!

Thanks! I actually read an article that stated that you can mix mineral makeup into white sunscreen as long as you make sure to use a MM without fillers and that you are using at least 1/4 tsp of sunscreen on your face (before addition of MM). I found a good sunscreen (Kabana Skin care's Green Screen SPF 31 tinted-Nude), but it's slightly too light so I'm going to mix in a little MM that I found online that has no fillers. The Kabana stuff is good and comes in 4 colors, but they are either too light, too dark , or too yellow for me. Nude is a pink undertone so that works well for me. The only issue is that it's very shiny so it will still need some Mm on top as well.

You could add a tiny bit of the Dr Hauschka's Translucent Bronze Concentrate to your sunscreen when applying: http://www.essentialdayspa.com/dr-hauschka-translucent-b-p_2057.htm Smile

I second the suggestion of adding MMU into sunscreen. It works beautifully.

I think I'll try both the Dr. Hsanuska's bronzer...AND the MMU...this way I can hide the white and add a little bronzer when I need it!

Does anyone know where to get bulk MMU?
