| I have noticed something strange happening with my hemp oil. Normally it is very soothing and healing/calming. The oil is not irritating at all when doing my normal routine of cleansing, serum and then apply the hemp oil. I have noticed a pattern of when I use my bentonite clay mask and then afterward apply the oil, my face feels very warm, has itchy splotchy spots and sometimes tiny hives appear. It is only temporary and usually in the morning it has totally gone away while sleeping. It happens regardless of whether I apply the hemp oil immediately after washing the mask off or even if I wait a couple of hours. Do you think that the mask is leaving my skin too raw and the oil is somehow irritating it? even though hemp oil usually soothes irritated skin? Anyone experienced this with an oil? Thanks |
