Hey everyone,

I'm a 23 year old male, my face is really thin and it doesn't look good. I've been using argan and rose seed hip oil since April to help with wrinkles around my eyes. I look very tired and my face is very gaunt. When I was younger, my face was more youthful.

Is there anything I can do to gain weight back into my face? Is there a way to make my eyes look less bug eyed?I know you have to gain weight, but I have difficulty gaining weight. I've tried facial exercises, but I think it made it worse. I used a combination of flex effect and ageless. That was about a year ago

thanks

You probably just lost the baby fat, I don't think you can gain weight in your face without gaining a lot everywhere else. Are you very underweight or just thin? Honestly, I don't see anything wrong with your eyes, they look normal, I think you have what they call hooded eyes. They don't look bugged out.

Your eyes look normal and perfectly fine. You will gain a fleshier face when the whole of your body becomes fleshier by putting on weight.

You dont have wrinkles around your eyes.

At your age you dont need to use facial exercises or oils for wrinkles.

You look absolutely fine.

I know what you mean, I kind of have the same problem. I think you are probably concerned with your under eyes. Since I lost a lot of weight my face has also become gaunt and my eye bags more prominent.

I don't want to gain weight to fill out my face, so it appears other measures must be taken.

Oil pulling is supposedly good for the under eyes - i think it is a form of exercising when you're doing all that movement in your face. This should be done as soon as you awake and right before going to bed.

Besides that fillers (which I am too scared to do because people have reported scarring and I scar easily) and a lower bleph with the cut on the inside of the eye so there's no scar and the fat is repositioned (not removed) are our best options.

Also, lots of water is always good. looking forward to hearing others replies

If you really want to take things to the next level, you might want to consider something like restylane.

They're injections and kinda pricey, but you will see an immediate improvement.

Get Restylane from an oculoplastic surgeon or plastic surgeon and make sure they massage it very well after injecting so you don't get lumps. It's about $1000 for one vial and you may need more or decide one is good enough.

I personally like a lean face on a man. Looks very masculine instead of a pudgy, fat face.
