Well I ran over here because I seriously just found a new SPF to try. It's from Juice Beauty. It's called SPF 30 Oil-Free Moisturizer. It's $29 on their website. I think this is new as I couldn't find it being sold anywhere else. Here are the ingredients:

Active Ingredient:
Zinc Oxide 20%

Inactive Ingredients:
Organic juices of aloe barbadensis (organic aloe juice)*, pyrus malus (organic apple juice)*, vitis vinifera (organic white grape juice)*, capric caprylic triglycerides, sorbitan stearate, polyglycerol-10 laurate, magnesium sulfate, tocopherol (Vitamin E), magnesium ascorbyl phosphate (Vitamin C), hyaluronic acid (vegetable derived), punica granatum (pomegranate juice), algae extract, cucumis sativus fruit extract (cucumber), panthenol (Vitamin B5), citrus limonum (lemon bark), iron oxides, phenethyl alcohol, ethylhexylglycerin, Blend of citrus reticulata (mandarin orange); citrus aurantium (petitgrain)

At first I just thought this was their other moisturizer, the SPF 30 Mineral Moisturizer - Sheer. But it's not. The ingredients are different, plus this new one is oil-free. While I'm not loving the price of $29 for 2 oz., I think I will have to give this a try. It doesn't contain anything that breaks me out. I don't know if their zinc is non-nano though.

I have their Mineral Moisturizer, but I really don't like it. It's very thick and it just sits on top of my skin. It never feels like it absorbs. And my makeup application on top always looks greasy.

I'll definitely report back when I get the new Juice. Hope it's a winner!!

Two thumbs down for the new Juice sunscreen. Ugh, don't even bother. It feels exactly like their other one, Mineral Moisture Sheer. It leaves a very waxy feeling on my skin, feels thick and doesn't absorb well. I don't get a white cast, which is great. But that is the only plus. I'll wear this for gardening but never as a daily moisturizer. My makeup applies terribly over it. Still on my Devita replacement search. Sad

so funny ...I have a tube of this and the SPF 30 Sport in front of me and debating if I should send them back. At the last minute I thought of checking to see if there were any other complaints about this on EDS and here it was! This is my first experience with their sunscreen and I wanted to love it but just don't. The Sport is better and not as tacky after it dries but it still feels like there is a layer of something on top that is not soaking in. The face one felt thick and sticky like it will clog my pores in an instant. Coincidentally, I also have a tube of Devita on the way. You mean there is something gone wrong with this now? It was my last hope! I had a sample of it and it felt fine.

Hey there mommy! Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but here it is:

http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewtopic.php?tid=48681

Read all about the problems some have been having with Devita. It used to be my HG sunscreen. Funny, I was in Lazy Acres the other day and used the Devita tube they had as a sample. It felt great! Then I remembered to look at the lot number. The sample is old. All the new boxes on the shelves were new per the lot numbers.

I hope you like the Devita. Maybe it won't bug you as it did me. The new formulation just isn't doing it for me. I've been using Burnout. It's not perfect, but the ingredient panel is the best I've found for my sensitive skin. It leaves my skin a bit tacky (NOTHING like the Juice though, I swear I could scrape that right off my face!) and some of my foundations don't apply over it very well. But for now, it's all I have. Good luck, hope Devita is a winner for you Wink

I just called them and there is a recording that says there was a problem with the emulsification. For the Solar product it should be 130501 or higher and for the RX it should be 130651 or higher. You can call them listen to the instructions of how to get a new one.

Yes, I've tried the new lot. I got one a couple of months ago and quickly sent it back. It balls up on my skin...it's a major change. That's why so many longtime users are upset.
